Referring yourself is simply a matter of telephoning or e-mailing
for an appointment.
Contact may be made between the Sports Therapist and the Doctor
with consent. Should this happen, your Doctor will be kept informed
of your progress.
David and Kay Hislop are members of the Register of Exercise Professionals
which is a Government body. This register is available to General
Practitioners to enable them to refer patients to the exercise and
therapy profession for further treatment.
