Personal Training
Personal Training sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. One to one instruction is provided by qualified male or female instructors who specialise in providing a motivational and enjoyable workout for the client.

Initial consultations give the opportunity for the instructor / client relationship to begin. From there, goals are set from which training schedules are prepared to ensure progression and the meeting of the predetermined targets of each individual.

Sports Therapy
Sports Massage should play a very important part in any athlete’s training programme alongside warming up and cooling down. Through massage the Therapist can remove the build up of general aches and pains that most sports persons normally seem to accept. The Therapist can use their hands to explore the tissues, find these problems and deal with them accordingly. This will not only improve performance and endurace but also prevent injuries and loss of joint mobility in potential trouble spots.

Sports Massage
The treatment offered is beneficial for the skin, alleviates stress and stimulates the circulation. It also:

1) Improves your emotional and psychological well being.
2) Eases stress related anxiety and tension leaving the client in a state of calmness.
3) Induces a deep relaxation to all major muscle groups making them more supple and elastic, especially in the neck, shoulder and back regions.
4) Stimulates lymph drainage and blood circulation.
5) Helps detoxify the body and strengthen the immune system.
6) Allows the body’s healing mechanism to continue to work for many hours afterwards.
